1. Parents and guardians are asked to provide a labeled bag containing shoes, wet weather gear and a complete change of clothing.  All items should be clearly labeled with the child's name to avoid unnecessary confusion.  Children are not allowed to bring jewellery, money or other valuables to nursery.  Articles are left at the nursery at the Parent/Guardians own risk.

2. No person under the age of 18 will be permitted to collect a child from our care.  If any person other than the Parent/Guardian is calling for a child, the nursery must be informed who that person is and on arrival they must make themselves known to the Manager.

3. Should a child become sick at the nursery, every effort will be made to contact the parents.  The nursery reserves the right to remove a child to hospital in an emergency.

4. Any child suffering from a doubtful rash, sore throat, discharge from the eyes, or nose, and/or diarrhoea should be kept at home until the symptoms have disappeared or a Doctor has certified that they are not infectious.  This is to keep the spread of infection in the nursery to a minimum.

5. Medicines will only be administered when the child's Parent/Guardian has signed an "Administration of Medicines" form and provided clear written instructions of dosage.

6. It is important that the nursery is notified if your child is to be absent (before 9.00 a.m. if possible).

7. A flat monthly rate is payable throughout the year.  This rate is calculated to include all holiday and bank holiday allowances.  Some nurseries may close at Christmas.

8. Fees are paid monthly in advance on receipt of invoice, or by standing order.  If payment is later than 10 days after the 1st of the month, a 5% surcharge will be added to the following months invoice.  For children picked up late after nursery closing hours, an extra fee per half hour is charged.

9. Full fees are charged for the first 2 weeks of any episode of illness after which a retainer fee of 25% of full fees is payable for the reminder of that episode.

10. A full calendar month's notice must be given in writing to the nursery manager or deputy, only if a place is no longer required.  Full fees are chargeable for the period of notice.  This is also applicable if you wish to alter the times/days your child attends nursery.

11. Please exercise great care using the car park.  People using the car park do so entirely at their own risk.  The nursery accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or loss to persons, vehicles or property.

12. The nursery maintains a strict "No Smoking" policy.
